Exonerees speak to DHS students on Wrongful Conviction Day

Oct. 2 was Wrongful Conviction Day, a holiday dedicated to those who were falsely accused and convicted of a crime they did not commit. In order to raise awareness, the Georgia Innocence Project brought two exonerees to speak at Decatur High School so that students could hear the stories of some of those wrongfully convicted.
