Seniors Kenya Oliver and Grace Williams reflect on their experiences as members of the brand-new Black Student Union (BSU) last year and as BSU leaders this year. They’ve increased BSU’s membership through hosting events and received valuable guidance from other organizations around Decatur on how to make an impact and improve issues that matter.
